The Lagos State Federal High Court has stopped the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from involving Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, in the distribution of electoral materials in Lagos State.
In a case filed by Labour Party and other several bodies, the Justice (Justice Chukwujekwu ANEKE) has given the order against the Commission, and had adjourned the case till 22nd of February, 2023.
This order fully restrained INEC from appointing Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo led Lagos State Parks Management Committee or any of its commercial bus drivers to distribute 2023 election materials and personnel in Lagos State.
